Hi! I'm Franco Luong!

I am a technology and systems leader who has created, scaled, and maintained software services for infrastructure observability and network automation. As a leader, I have worked to ensure the team has a clear vision and a coherent strategy and that we're solving the right problems for the business.

I'm currently a Principal Network Software Engineer at Salesforce supporting the Network Visibility and Telemetry and DNS Engineering teams. Previously I worked as a Resident Engineer for Juniper Networks providing consulting on network automation to their clients and before that I spent more than a decade helping Verizon (UUNET) to run the world's largest Internet Backbone.
